Pricing FAQ
Are there any per-subcontractor fees?
No. Your subscription covers an unlimited number of subcontractors on every plan. There are no per-subcontractor fees regardless of the size of your supply chain. A company managing 10 subcontractors pays the same subscription as one managing 500.
What counts as a “user”?
A user is a member of your internal commercial or QS team who accesses the ContractorApplications admin interface - quantity surveyors, commercial managers, directors and administrators. Subcontractors accessing the self-service portal are not counted as users and there is no limit on the number of subcontractors using the portal.
What counts as an “active project”?
An active project is one that is currently open and accepting new payment applications. Once a project reaches practical completion or final account, you can mark it as completed - at which point it is archived and no longer counts against your active project allowance. Archived projects remain fully accessible for reporting and audit purposes.
Do my subcontractors pay for the portal?
No. The subcontractor self-service portal is included in your subscription at no additional cost. Subcontractors use the portal free of charge - they do not need a Construct Software account or licence. They access the portal via a secure magic-link login sent to their email.
What is the minimum commitment?
ContractorApplications is billed annually. There is no multi-year minimum commitment. You can start on any plan and scale up as your team and project volume grows. Contact us via the Get Started page to discuss your requirements and we can arrange a walkthrough before you commit.
